WHO AM I?

I'm Lyndsey, an Aberdeen based Health Coach, and I've worked in the Fitness Industry since 2004.

Juggling single parenthood  while running my own business, I GET IT....prioritising our wellbeing is HARD. 

I offer support for busy people, who don't have spare time to be on social media/apps, or train 6 days a week, creating picture perfect meals with obscure ingredients. 

Real connection, realistic goals, and real change potential.

By providing clients with the right tools and support, I have helped many improve their wellbeing, paving the way towards long term health and wellbeing.

I offer a confidential service to meet you exactly where you're at just now, and support you moving towards where you'd like to be.

It's a personally tailored approach, incorporating exercise, nutrition, recovery and rest, to best suit you.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING

A couple of years ago, I got PT vouchers for Christmas and I enjoyed the sessions with Lyndsey so much, I'm still doing them. At the outset she suggested identifying a goal, and I targeted a 10k. Two years later, I've run 6 Half Marathons, and successfully completed my first full Marathon. Lyndseys knowledge, enthusiasm and varied training program has made me more energetic, fitter and healthier than I've been in the last 20 years. A combination of gym work, yoga and running keeps me motivated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lyndsey to everyone....after all PT is for life, not just for Christmas!
