TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All payments received for classes are non-refundable, but can certainly be transferred. Should you find yourself unable to attend the session you intended, please allow a family member or friend to enjoy the session. Fees are not transferable to other classes unfortunately due to the nature of the Zoom code generation.

1-2-1 sessions carry a 24 hour cancellation policy, please advise as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session to avoid forfeiting the session.

Bundle prices are valid for the calendar month purchased, and all bundles reset on the first day of the following month.

Gift Vouchers are valid to book for 6 months from date of purchase.

In-person sessions, or massage treatments are vulnerable to change due to COVID restrictions, but in this instance, the session, if prepaid, is carried forward to a time socially permitted.
